Catering Standards, Terms and Conditions

We appreciate your interest in Vincenzo’s Ristorante. We know that you will be pleased with our excellent service and superb Italian cuisine. If you do not see what you are looking for on our menu, please ask. Menus may be personally tailored to meet individual requirements. So that we may provide you with the best possible service, we ask that our clients follow these procedures and policies.

Prices

A $200.00 deposit is due upon reserving a space for your dinner function and a $100.00 deposit for lunch functions.  These deposits are non refundable if reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours from the date of the function.  A standard 5% meals tax and 18% service fee will be added to your final bill for all parties larger than 6 guests. All prices are subject to change without notice, including seasonal menu items.

Guarantee

A specific attendance figure is needed two business days prior to the affair when arranging private functions. This figure will be the guaranteed number of attendees, which is not subject to reduction. Vincenzo’s Ristorante prepares for this number and charges accordingly. If no guarantee number is given and we are unable to reach you by telephone, the maximum number of attendees will serve for your guarantee. If your group numbers increase, please notify us immediately so that we attempt to accommodate your changes. If extenuating circumstances arise, and your guest count changes after the 48 hour notice you will be subject to a minimum charge of $10.00 per person for each non-attending guest.
